Steps to update your profile information:

• Log in → click the profile icon on the top right.
• Go to "My Profile" → select "Edit Information".
• Make your changes and tap "Save".

Steps to change your mobile number:

• Settings → "Change Number" → Enter your new number.
• An OTP will be sent to your old number — enter it to continue.
• Verify your identity using your NID number or date of birth.
• Enter the verification OTP sent to your new number to complete the change.

Jeeetaoffers two options — a temporary break (Cooling Off) and permanent closure (Self-Exclusion). Both can be configured to your preference.

Short Break (7 days to 6 months):

• Go to Login → Settings → "Responsible Gaming" tab.
• Select "Cooling Off Period" and choose your preferred duration.
• Takes effect immediately upon confirmation — the period must fully elapse before reactivation.

Permanent Self-Exclusion:

• Go to Settings → "Self-Exclusion" → state your reason.

With Two-Step Verification (2FA) enabled, your password alone is not enough to access your account — a code is also sent to your phone. This Jeeeta's most effective security feature.

Steps to get started:

• Go to Login → Profile → "Security Settings".
• Toggle ON the "Two-Step Verification" option.
• Choose either SMS or an Authenticator app — whichever works best for you.
• If you choose SMS, a code will be sent to your number — enter it to activate.
• If you're using an Authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator), scan the QR code.

When enabled, a code will be required every time you log in from a new device or browser. On trusted devices, selecting "Remember me" lets you sign in without a code for 30 days.

Jeeeta's promotional offers are available in several places. The easiest is the app's home page — log in and your personalized offers appear instantly.

Available tools & how to use them:

• Bet Limit: Set a maximum stake per bet in advance — so a split-second decision never costs you more than you planned.
• Session Timer: Set a time limit for how long you want to bet in one session. You'll be automatically logged out when it's up.
• Reality Check: A pop-up will appear every 30/60/90 minutes showing how much you've lost and how long you've been playing.
